Fitness & Nutrition Coaching

Are you working out, eating healthy and still not seeing results?  Or maybe you don’t even know where to start?  There’s so much conflicting information on the internet that it can be overwhelming to know where to begin.  That’s where I come in! As a fitness & nutrition coach, I will help you navigate the confusing world of health & fitness.  My goal is NOT to help you lose 20 lbs in a week or 50 lbs in a month or to reach your goal weight only to gain all the weight back.  My goal is to help you develop lifestyle habits that you can use to not only reach a healthy weight but to also keep the weight off.  My goal is to help you develop a healthy relationship with food and exercise so that it enhances your life, not so it consumes your life.

I want to help you feel good about working out & eating healthy food so that you can live a life where you thrive.  Working out and eating healthy provides much more than just physical benefits (although that is a great perk!).  It can help you live your life to the fullest and enjoy every moment even more.  It can give you more energy to run around with your kids, help you get off daily medication, and most importantly, it can help improve your overall mental health.

My approach to health & fitness is simple.  I believe that moderation is the key to making lifelong changes.  I believe that diets and an all or nothing mentality will set you up for failure and that in order to make this a lifestyle, you have to enjoy the changes you’re making.  I don’t promote restrictive diets and I believe that every food group serves a purpose, even “junk food” such as cake and cookies.  My end goal for every client is to give you the tools to live a healthy lifestyle by empowering you to make good choices on your own.  As the saying goes, “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”  In the same way, I will equip you with the tools and skills to live a healthy lifestyle without the need of a coach for the rest of their life.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer for over 4 years and a Nutrition Coach for over 2 years, I’ve helped numerous men & women not only reach their goal weight but help them develop sustainable habits to keep the weight off, and now I’d love to help YOU!  So what do you say? I offer two coaching options: personal training and nutrition coaching.

Personal training program includes:

  • Introductory phone meeting – this is where we’ll get to know each other and find out if we’re a good fit for each other.  I’ll ask you about your lifestyle, goals and road blocks so that I can create a tailored program best designed for you.
  • Personalized training program adjusted monthly
  • Weekly check-ins, macro & cardio adjustments (if applicable)
  • 24/7 support through text and email

Nutrition coaching program includes:

  • Introductory phone meeting – this is where we’ll get to know each other and find out if we’re a good fit for each other.  I’ll ask you about your lifestyle, goals and road blocks so that I can create a tailored program best designed for you.
  • Help setting up realistic health and wellness goals
  • Education about nutrition and how to fuel your body properly
  • Tips for grocery shopping, preparing healthy meals and meal prepping
  • Motivation and accountability to reach your goals and adjust goals as needed
  • Empowering you to make lasting changes for better health

Prices:

  • $125/mo for personal training
  • $150/mo for nutrition coaching
  • $200/mo for both
