Are you ready to get fit this Fall?? Join me and several other women in getting fit, healthy and confident for FREE! One of the best ways of self-care, in my opinion, is taking care of yourself from the inside out. I want to help you not only be healthy but FEEL healthy. It’s crazy how much our mood is determined by how we treat our bodies.
This 4 week challenge is designed to get you motivated to work out and start looking forward to it. I wanted to make it free so there’s no excuse for you to not join in! HOWEVER, I was hesitant to make it free because I want everyone to stick with it and give it their all. It’s been proven that people who pay for something, place more value on it and therefore are better at following through. SOOO what does that mean for you? Well, I HIGHLY suggest setting aside some money ($100 or so) at the beginning of this challenge and use that as motivation to follow the program. Promise yourself a massage or new workout clothes or whatever will keep you motivated during the challenge to reward yourself for sticking with it. 🙂
Below are some additional details of the program and what you can expect when you sign up. I can’t wait for you to join this challenge and I am excited to be a part of your new fit lifestyle!
What is it? This is a 4 week (28 days) program designed to help you build healthy habits, improve your fitness, lose body fat and gain lean muscle. This challenge has two different types of workouts so you can do what you like best. There are hypertrophy style weight-lifting workouts to be done in a gym and at home workouts focused on increasing your heart rate and strength.
Who is this program for? Any lady who wants to get Fit this Fall! Whether you’re a beginner or you’ve been working out for awhile, this program is for YOU. This program is NOT for those prepping for a fitness competition.
Can men join? Unfortunately, because these are not customized workout plans for each individual, the workouts are geared towards women. While men are welcome to join, please know that there will be a lot of lower body focused workouts (hip thrusts, glute kickbacks, etc.) that you may prefer not to do and therefore hinder your progress.
What to expect: During this program, you’ll receive the following:
- A 4-day split weight lifting workout
- 8 circuit workouts that can be done at home
- You will need dumbbell for some of the moves
- Each workout is 30 minutes or less
- 15 healthy, easy-to-make recipes (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks)
My certifications: I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Fitness Nutrition and an advocate for leading a sustainable healthy lifestyle. I’ve been a personal trainer for a little over 2 years and have helped both men and women reach their fitness goals.
