It’s Fall and what better way to start off the season than with a pumpkin pie protein smoothie! Personally, one of the few things I like about Fall is all the pumpkin flavored things. I’m a summer girl for sure so this is one of the ways I don’t get too sad during the cold months haha. You can add a few dates or a tbsp of maple syrup to the recipe below if you like your smoothies sweeter! Let me know if you try it!

Tips & Tricks:
-Place in the freezer for 45-60 mins for a thicker consistency
-I make my smoothies the night before, place them in the freezer overnight, then bring them to work and place them in the refrigerator to thaw for a mid-afternoon snack.
-Feel free to top your smoothie bowl with whatever toppings you like!
