With Fall just around the corner, it’s almost a given that I had to make something pumpkin-y. I honestly don’t know why pumpkin flavored things are only around in the Fall. If it was up to me (and probably most girls) I’d have it available year-around. But I guess that’s what makes it so special, right? You have to wait a whole year to stuff your face with delicious, pumpkin flavored goodies. I hope you enjoy these pumpkin spice balls as much as me! 🙂
Ingredients:
3 scoops (90g) Vanilla Unico Nutrition Protein Powder (code “LAURA” for 15% off)
1/2 cup (50g) oats, blended
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp stevia to taste
1 cup pumpkin puree
Chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix protein powder, oats, spices & Stevia in medium bowl. Add in pumpkin puree and mix until blended. Once combined, form dough into balls by using your hands and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Push chocolate chips into balls once formed. Chill in refrigerator. Keep stored in air tight container in fridge. Makes approximately 20 balls.
